All returns are for credit only.

Should you need to return a helmet, please follow the process.

1.) Repackage your helmet for return to our warehouse.

2.) Include the following:

  • Name, Address, City, State, Zip
  • Replacement request
  • $8 for return shipping via UPS.
3.) Ship to our warehouse at the address on the original package.

HGW processes returns weekly during a "batch process". Helmets must be reviewed for damage before a replacement can be issued.
